Refunds & Returns

DBIRD offers digital-only services — no physical products. Once premium access is activated, it cannot be returned.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by emailing info@happycoders.in. Access remains active until the end of the paid billing cycle. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

Refunds are not available once a subscription period has started. Exceptions may apply for technical issues or duplicate charges — contact our support team for review.

All payments are processed through Razorpay on behalf of Happy Coders Private Limited. We do not store card or bank details. Razorpay is fully PCI-DSS compliant.

Prices are displayed in USD or EUR. All payments are processed in the selected currency. International customers may see bank conversion fees on their statements.
